Shanthi Lanka has been involved in running an Ayurveda facility in Sri Lanka for 21 years.
It initially started as a leisure-focused Ayurveda hotel.
However, I realized that Ayurveda is fundamentally an established medical system.
When receiving Ayurvedic treatments, it is not enough to rely solely on medications;
the effectiveness diminishes if one does not live according to Ayurvedic teachings in diet and daily life.
Therefore, we aimed to create a more genuine treatment facility rather than just a leisure experience, and we started this center.
Many people in are suffering both physically and mentally, mainly due to stress. This facility is for those individuals, allowing them to safely receive Ayurvedic treatments as a form of therapy. Representative
