Cancellation policy for medical accommodation fees
If you cancel between 30 and 14 days prior to your stay, 20% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
If you cancel between 13 and 4 days prior to your stay, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 3 days prior to your stay, 80% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation after the date of stay or no notice, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
*For those who choose to pay by credit card, the above percentage will be refunded from the amount minus the card company's fees.
