 1. Reservations & Payment

Reservations can be made via our website, email, phone, or through authorized third-party platforms.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by rate changes.
 

2. Children & Extra Beds

• Extra beds or baby cots are available on request and subject to availability and subject to additional charges.

3. Smoking Policy

Shanthi lanka ayurveda center  is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
 

4. Pets

Pets are not allowed at the property 

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
